Scripts & Referrals

Your GP at Health Plus will provide the appropriate script or referral letter to a specialist to you at the end of your consultation.

If you need a repeat of a script or a referral to a specialist, Health Plus requires all patients to book a consultation with your regular doctor. Even though you feel your request is only a simple task, this is often the best time to allow your doctor to engage in preventative and integrative medicine for you. Rather than continuously providing script repeats without ever discussing the matters with you again, we much prefer to talk things through with our patients regularly. This is to ensure that every aspect of your health is taken into account, and that you are getting the best possible health care.

If you are collecting a script or referral please ensure you have Photo ID, this is required in order to collect any patient information from reception.
